Winter was hot chai and sleeping for long hours and homemade bread and so much time to ponder about all the my little foibles. But -
Spring has awakened and so have I!
Time to plant herbs in the garden, to journey with Teonanacatl in the forest, to entertain my quixotic fancies and for Orion and I to drive across the country to make a new nest on the West Coast.

Mr. and Mrs. God happy in retirement in their little forest getaway. When asked about creation they commented, "It was a tough seven days, but it was worth it."

I've relocated myself to New York City. This past week I've escaped to the forest where I've been collecting bones, taking naps in a hammock by the river, and eating truffles...

Varanasi magic. Mystical Ganges - men women & children bathing, drinking, brushing their teeth, praying, and purifying themselves in the water where trash, corpses and the dirt of the day all come together in the holiest river of India. We witnessed several cremation ceremonies, the smoke of about a dozen bodies burning all around us filled the air and our lungs, breathing in life and death.
